All our deliveries have an additional cost per shipping, which, beyond the minimum purchase amount established to be free, will be charged according to the following table:

By accepting the terms and conditions when making the purchase, you are accepting the charge that corresponds to said shipment.

It is important to mention that in order to fulfill the delivery, it is necessary that the billing address and the recipient contain complete data (Address, City, Postal Code, Province, Telephone Number, Email).
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- Delivery of orders to international addresses is not available.
- Items are packaged for care and protection, so there is no special wrapping.
The customer will have up to 30 calendar days to make a return*.
The product must be in good condition, with original packaging and seals to make the return valid.
DJI ARS Barcelona will not be able to make any refunds in the following cases:
- If the product was manipulated by unauthorized third parties.
- For improper use as specified in the manufacturer’s manual.
- Damage caused by improper connection or configuration.
- Electric shocks.
- Uses of parts not manufactured/authorized by the manufacturer.
- Textile products do not have returns.
- There are no returns for dissatisfaction
- Product activated and/or used.
*The customer must cover the shipping costs.
In the event that the purchase is not completed within the aforementioned time due to various inventory circumstances, which include, but are not limited to, coverage, lack of inventory and/or the item is discontinued, Drone Experience SL will have the right to do the following: I) will pay the value of the missing item(s) with a credit balance in the customer’s account as an Advance along with the shipping charge, and will be effective immediately. that they so require; and II) Drone Experience SL may return the amount paid by the client under the same terms and manner in which the payment was made.
If an erroneous payment is received in our accounts, it will be refunded by the same means by which it was received, generating a commission of 5% on the amount in question.
Orders paid with PayPal will be sent without exception to the address indicated in that service.
Billing Policies for Online Store and Delivery
REQUEST : To request your invoice, once your order is complete, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Subject: Invoice request (Order/order number/ticket folio)
- Name of the individual or company
- Tax address (only if it is important that it be included in your PDF) (Optional)
IMPORTANT : It is the user’s responsibility to enter the data correctly since once the invoice is generated there are no modifications.
TIME : The time you have to request and receive your invoice is exclusively within the month of purchasing your product. Example: If you buy on May 15, you will only be able to invoice with a deadline until May 30 before 5 p.m. Once your request has been sent, the invoice will arrive 2 to 4 business days after the email registered on the order.
